Form 1099R Disability payments

In Proseries Professional on Form 1099R how do you get the taxable amount to flow to line 1 Form 1040 for a client not of retirement age.

If its marked as Code 3  I believe it auto flows to the wages line.

Found it on 1099R under Additional Distribution Information Section E check a box.
