Where do I enter the federal tax withheld from form 1099-b on the schedule B ?

Its from form 8949 part 1 with box B checked or form 8949

Go to the Capital Asset Sales worksheet...  

double click on any field in the 'Transaction Entry Table' to open up the Capital Gn adjustment worksheet...

Scroll ALL the way down to Part IV
