Dose a foreign client who lives in America and visits the United States 6moths out of the year, have to put her foreign address on her taxes?

I use an address where they would get mail regarding the tax return. Used to be I would say a US address was more reliable than most foreign ones, but since the pandemic the US Postal Service is not so reliable - at least around me.
The more I know, the more I don't know.
