Font size changed on Home Base view. How do I change it back?

he font changed on my Home Base view and I can't change it back to a normal size.  How do I change it?

I have one computer this happened to and it will not fix itself. Have not figured out why yet.

It will work, it's just insanely slow.  Don't keep scrolling while it catches up or your font size will change wildly in the other direction.
