I have spent multiple hours on the phone with pro series trying to fix the RD109 for Kansas City Missouri local tax. It will not populate any numbers and will not let you manually enter anything. It has been like this for two years. We pay for our software to work and it does not. Tech support said it is a software and I would need to write a post in here for it to be fixed. How ridiculous.
