Im not sure if this will help, but when you click on the desktop icon to start up ProSeries, if you Right click the icon, theres a choice to Run as Administrator, if you choose that does it make any difference?
If it doesnt it, you may need to call in and get some help from support, it may be a glitch with the account itself.
I called them. They have no idea what is going on. He even tried with me over the phone.
