Anyone know when Form 4136 is going to be finalized. It is the 3rd week of February and Fuel Credit has not changed. This the second form for simple 1040 that I am unable to submit because the form has not been finalized yet.
Administratively one must question why is a simple form is not yet finalized. Makes no sense to me. Maybe most of the resources are being devoted to Turbo Tax rather than to the professional product.

Same here,.....farmers are due March 2 too....said form 4136 would be ready today for efile....now its Friday.....very disgusting.
