Federal Withholding, Credits not carrying over to 1040

Hello,

The Proseries 2020 program updated and now the federal withholding, child tax credit will not carry over from the worksheet to the actual returns. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, re-entered the W2s and children info on the returns, but the withholding and credits will not carryover. Shows 0 errors. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions?

Is this happening to all your returns or just one in particular?     So federal w/holding for W2s doesn't flow to F1040 - what about the wages?

All of the returns - efiled ones and the ones we are working on.
