I have e-filed an FBAR on February 24, 2025 but still didn't receive the acknowledgement. The status still shows "sent to FinCEN". What should I do?

Print out the Intuit Postmark for EFiled returns that shows it was transmitted, thats the best you can do.
highlight the return in the EFCenter, then hit F12, choose Intuit Postmark, Print
Ive got one from last week too. Its not uncommon for FBAR returns to take a long time to be accepted.
I understand, but my client is becoming frustrated.
Frustrated over what? Its filed, and its on time....Im not sure I understand what the problem is.

I am having the same issue with all FBAR filings done through Intuit. Not just for tax year 2024, but also a few delinquent FBAR filings done for previous years as well, that were filed a year or 2 years ago. No acknowledgement of those filings received yet....just showing "Sent to FinCEN for more than a year or two now.
Spoke with Intuit reps and they said they are not aware of the issue. My complaint has been escalated. Let's see.
It’s certainly concerning that the FBARs are still showing as “Sent to FinCEN” after such a long period without acknowledgment. Since Intuit has escalated your complaint, I hope they will be able to provide a resolution soon. Please keep us posted on any updates from Intuit.
It is indeed concerning. First, the reps said that Intuit has done its job by sending the FBARs to FinCEN and now I should be calling FinCEN to find out the status and why they have not sent an acknowledgement.
They also said that no other ProSeries user has complained about not getting acknowledgements and they were not aware of this issue.
That does sound frustrating. If Intuit has confirmed that they submitted the FBARs to FinCEN, then reaching out to FinCEN directly may be the next best step to verify their status. Not sure if we need to refile these FBARs using another service provider to ensure they are properly acknowledged.
@Ahuja--CPA those older years ones, have you tried highlighting them in the EFCenter then instead of Receive Acks, use the Update Acks of Selected Returns, sometimes that pulls in ones that were missed in the regular acks download.
Thank you for your input. We tried everything while sharing screen with Intuit reps, but nothing worked. And I'm quite sure that until Intuit get it fixed, it's not going to work.
Just checking back to see if anyone received FBAR acknowledgements. I am still waiting to hear back from Intuit tech support on my complaint.
No updates this side!
Good news friends! FBAR e-file acknowledgement issue has been fixed by Intuit!!
