paid for fast path license for 2020. Used it. Now it is down and I cannot get into anything to correct it

Are you saying you can't open program ? What error are you getting, and are you using ProSeries Pro
You aren't really clear on your issue, but you might want to click on the Start button on your computer. Then click on ProSeries and select repair updates.

You only purchased the Fast Path, not the whole 2020 program?
