We are getting the "Protax20.exe is currently in use processing the same request, try again later." error when trying to export to Proseries.
I found one other thread on this. We do not have spaces in our file/install path, and the change to the ProWin20.ini file only works temporarily for one export, then the next one does the same thing.
Have never had this issue in the past, and if we did it was sporadic and a simple restarting of both QB and PS would solve it.
This is now happening to all users all the time.
Sometimes the "Update return with QuickBooks data works, but its a crappy workaround that has never been very reliable to me.
Anyone else having this issue?

we have the same problems!!! can anyone help resovle this? we restarted the computers so many times and it is still the same message but in fact, there are no such requests ongoing.
