I am attempting to get eSignatures on a 1040 in Proseries Basic, 8879 only, but when I request them I get "Request Not Sent - Something on our end isn't working. Please try again after some time."
I've been trying since last week. Technical support was unable to help.
Anyone else having this issue?
I'm assuming that Intuit will refund unused eSignatures if they are not used because the product doesn't work.
