Hello,
Trying to send an esignature request to client for a 2023 amended return. Amended return is complete, error free.Original return was approved via esig.
All the efile boxes are appropriately checked and I have 5 eSigs available
When requesting eSig, I get an error message "none of the returns selected are eligible for eSignature".
Any insight?
