It is being reported that major internet and cell service providers Verizon, ATt&T, T-Mobile, as well as some smaller local providers are experiencing a massive outage across the United States. This will impact the ProSeries program in regards to customer receiving MFA codes, as well as messages indicating ProSeries is not connected to the Internet.

    Typically this message refers to the client file being locked, because it is opened on another computer. In this case, the other computer name would be, "assistant 01." If you find that the client file is not opened on that computer, please follow the steps in the article below to resolve.

    the messages said is currently lock by some one name, which is not any of my partners, this is the first time it happen, I am using hosting do you think this is the case?
