For TY2021, entered CA taxes paid for 2020 in deduction allocation smart worksheet for form 1041 line 11a column a. That amount then entered into form 1041 line 11.
But then that amount transferred to CA deduction allocation smart worksheet for form 541 line 10a column a. This form is for interest from fed form 3526 which I do not use.
But line 11 column a shows blank and is in error. I must then manually enter an amount to clear the error.
Why is 1041 line 11 going to form 541 line 10a?
