When I entered sales of corporate bonds with accrued market discount the discount amount showed up on schedule B as interest income.
In a subsequent return the sale of a treasury bond with accreud market discount did not populate Sch B.
why this discrepancy?

where are you entering the accrued market discount? On the secondary worksheet for a line on Sch B? If you can provide more details I'll try to replicate to see if a solution can be found.
