define "trouble", which part is tripping you up?
You printed a copy of your EFIN Application Summary then ran it through the scanner so youve got a PDF file to attach (or maybe you had a way to save it as a pdf and didnt need to print and scan), does it not attach, or doesnt upload, or what happens when you try?
