Efiling without 1116 update date for 2021 1040?

Is today, March 4, 2022, when there will be an update to be able to file 1040's with foreign tax credits without form 1116?

I think its only those with carryover credits that still have an issue, Ive EF lots of returns with foreign tax credit from 1099DIV statements with no issues.
