efiles wont send

All of a sudden my efiles won't send.  Thoughts?

My first thought would be - what happens when you try?  You are  a little light on details.

It acts like it's transmitting, then comes back with an error that file was not transmitted.  the efile

log shows it's ready to transmit after all the wait for it to transmit is over.

What's the error message on the Transmission Log?   Program needs updated? Error in the files?

Do you have a PDF attached to it?

There is no "error" like a typical error.  It just says files not transmitted.

I feel like Ive seen this problem mentioned when people have a file attached, it may be too big?   

Do you have the option to rescan it in a lower resolution to make it a smaller file?
