I Efiled returns more than 45 days ago and the status at the IRS where's my refund site shows that no return has been received. I have at least two cases of this. I have filed more than 800 returns this season and other returns have received the refunds.
Do you know the support number?

When WMR shows that IRS doesn't have it (but you have EF accptance), that usually means it landed in the errors department or the ID verification department.
The client may want to create an IRS online account and see if any notices have been issued to them yet.
