I inadvertently entered an incorrect Social Security number for my client. The return was accepted on 4/15/2020 and of course the client has not received her refund. It seems to me that IRS does not have the client's return, only the one with the incorrect social. What do I do to correct the problem?

Send it again with the correct SSN?
Someone else with a similar last name (first 4 letters) must have that SSN you used that was wrong (wonder what the odds of that happening are?)....their return will be rejected when they Efile and will have to paper file their return.
