efile status malfunction

Efile status shows "sent to intuit" but is rejected.   Need it to show rejected to fix.
Another says ''Sent to IRS'', but is indeed "accepted"

Why?

Just curious how you know the status of the returns if ProSeries is showing them as Sent to Intuit and Rejected?  Maybe a call to support is the way to go here.

highlight the file in the list, then instead of Receive Acks, choose Update Acks of Selected Returns, see if that pulls it in.
