PROSERIES WANTS TO SELL US THEIR PRODUCT FOR USE BUT DOES NOT SUPPORT OUR NEEDS FOR TECH SUPPORT ON THE EASTERN COAST. NOT ALL USERS ARE ON PACIFIC TIME. THREE HOURS DIFFERENCE PUTS US IN OUR OPEN HOURS TO TROUBLE SHOOT TECH SUPPORT ISSUES AND CLIENTS COME IN THE DOOR. NOT FAIR...…………….

It also means its open until 9 pm for east coast people, where here in CA, it closes at 6 pm.
But you're YELLING in the wrong place, were just other users like yourself.
Do you have an issue that you need help with? Someone in here may be able to assist.
That’s an easy fix - move to CA. But then again you would be hollering next time that they were closed when you had a problem at 6:01. Maybe the better solution is to post your question here to see if someone can help.
or purchase another software that will accomondate the eastern coast
