E-filing Ohio state returns

Attempt to e-file Ohio state return. Rejected with notice that I must update program. Program is current. Had no problem e-filing Ohio returns before program was updated to automatically include school district return that you must opt out of if there is no school district tax. Cannot delete SD 100 form.

Youve used REFRESH and still get the same message?

I tried Refresh Updates and received the same error message that the Program must be updated. The federal and other state returns e-file OK, just Ohio is a problem.

I started receiving this error after the last update also. I rarely need to file a school district return based on where I am located in Ohio so I have been doing the following:

If you don't need to file a school district tax return with the Ohio return check the box on the school district return to "Suppress this copy of Form SD 100".
