The IRS FAQ for K-3s, question 7, says they... the IRS, will receive e-filed K-3s from partnerships beginning 3/20/22.
Why is ProSeries Professional still producing e-file error codes for K-3s... asking us to attach PDFs to the efiled returns?
Is the IRS still not accepting efiled K-3s, or is Intuit behind on this?

The IRS only made 1065 K1, 3 starting 3/20/22, and 1120s not until June 2022. It takes large company's some time to change the program, so just attach as a pdf and be done with it.
I think that is the IRS.
From what I remember, the IRS has not yet made the K-2s and K-3 are not in the e-file-able XML format, so the IRS can only accept PDFs this year.
The FAQ from the IRS says they can receive on 3/30.
If PDFs will be the only option for 2021, I have a recommendation for ProSeries:
1. Add a print to pdf option in the program that will assemble the K-3s from all partners into one pdf ... as the IRS requires
