Will I still be able to e file 2018 and 2017 returns when the IRS opens its system on Feb 12? I tried to file one for both years but the status says " ready to transmit" and turns back to " Return Marked for EF" after a while. I thought after 01/28, Intuit will be able to accept the return, store it and transmit on Feb 12. Does this apply only to 2020 returns?

2017 will need to be paper filed but 2018 will be ok once they open back up on 2/12. I believe Intuit is holding 2020 returns, but not delinquent returns.
