    E file rejection code f2210-003

    I have an E-filing Return Rejected for the new TCJA "85% Waiver" of penalties on Form 2210.  It asks for an explanation, but there already is one (the 85% waiver). from previous postings, this has been an issue.  What does intuit have to say to correct this?  Is Intuit going to provide an update to fix? if an update coming, when?

    It’s a bug.  If there is no penalty you can override the box generating it,

    I've just been overriding the checkbox for Line A.
