driver's license

client had driver's license in the past so the confirmation box must be checked.  the license that we have has expired.  but - the client did not renew because she no longer is able to drive. 

I cannot delete the driver's license and check "no driver's license"  - I still have pink error boxes.

how do I resolve this?

With the ID verification worksheet open right click on the form and remove the worksheet.

Or with the form open, click "forms" > "remove ID verification".

And with the some added information that everyone knows................don't  try that maneuver with NY or AL!
