    not pro series technician helped me nor at&t technician.

    should I switch to another program.

    Before you switch software, I would first check your Anti Virus program. Disable it and try again.

    Does the error happen during download, or when you try to install?

    Based on my personal experience I would run screaming from AT&T, but that has a few decades of blind hatred of that company.

    My AT&T Uverse connection has been really bad lately. I had them send me a new modem, still drops the connection dozens of times a day...Im so sick of hassles with technology!

    if your internet is spotty, then intuit cannot help. If AT&T is your provider, they "should" be the ones to help.

    Do you get this when you attempt to download the installer (either from ProSeries Ty19 or a link from somewhere)? Or when you run the installer? If it's when you run the installer, at what point? Right away or after you select a bunch of install options?

    I think we should change program, since I have several errors in the system and they are unable to fix them. They keep blaming the antivirus

    I'm sorry for the frustration. Can you detail what the errors are? In some cases it is anti-virus, but in other cases it's not or there are work arounds.
