Pro Series has 4 fields to enter on a partner's K-1 line 13 "Other Deductions".

We only have a code for donations and a dollar amount.

We need to have an explanation of each of those 4 fields, 2 to the left of the white bar, 2 to the right and the only dollar amount one is the far right.
