Does proseries prepare the 1096 transmittal form to go with the 1099-Misc?

We are trying to efile 1099-Misc through proseries for the first time. Is a 1096 transmittal form needed if efiling, and if so, does proseries prepare that or does it have to be prepared manually outside of proseries?

You need Quick Employer Forms, you cannot prepare and file 1099s through ProSeries itself.
