    Documents received through Link will not open-just spins.

    Client sent 1099's from brokers through Link but they will not open or save. Ideas?  My client is quite frustrated and so am I.

    Try another browser? Chrome works well... IE, not so good

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
