Anyone else having DMS issues? Been using ProSeries since the Chipsoft days and DMS since they brought it on and it has always been wonky but having a major issue this year with little to no help from tech support. This is the note from my IT team:
Worked with DMS support for 10 hours on error: Entitlement Client v5.0 missing
Issue is occurring on two new computers, works fine on all other machines, even after updating all computers to latest ProSeies and DMS software after the issue started.
Tried running without antivirus, install from the server file, install from the ProSeries site downloads, clean uninstall including removing registry keys as ProSeries recommends in their help links, using both Windows 10/11 after reset, checked the security on the CPU chip, repairing from control panel and ProSeries ToolHub, and changing user profiles which are all local admins.
