We tried to install DMS on Thursday and had problems. My Office Manager called ProSeries and the person that tried to help her messed it up even worse. My Office Manager has been trying for 2 days to get someone to help us and she keeps getting routed all over and then disconnected. Our DMS is totally down. We can't operate without it. Does anyone know of problems with DMS or a phone number that would get us to who we need to speak to? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm sorry for the frustration.  I'll ask around and see if we find someone to help.  Can you detail what the problem is? For example, is ProSeries no longer running? Is DMS no longer running? Or is DMS running, but issuing some sort of error? Any detail might help me route to someone internal who can help.
