Trying to migrate pdf database management to DMS and what a nightmare so far! Between our outside IT firm’s hourly charge and my lost productivity, we have already sunk thousands of dollars into trying to get it to install correctly. (We resorted to regedit solutions- a customer shouldn’t ever need to do that This Lacerte legacy product shows how badly it is neglected by ProSeries with the “burn to Cd” button alone, but I do appreciate the straight forward features and pdf editing options. Should we abandon ship now or install on every wkstn?

Switch if you can to SmartVault. It's the only one that fully integrates with Intuit Products (ProSeries, Lacerte, QuickBooks). Has worked very well for me for years.
