My client has a w-2 wage that is for caring for disabled child. She doesn't have to pay income tax per notice 214-7. How does she enter this income so it's not included as total income as raised the taxable amount on her husband's social security income?

Enter the W-2, then back it out as a negative number on the "other income" line.
