Do US residents, not legally, who are citizens of Mexico and have ITIN can be claimed as dependents. And if yes how I do that with proseries?

Same way as claiming someone with an SSN, fill out the dependent worksheet on the federal information worksheet. Be sure they meet the qualifications of being a dependent.
