Deleted entries on child care providers leaves errors

Tried to delete Providers that were not used this year and the program generates errors and I can't get rid of the errors.

In Professional, we can Right Click > Delete Line in Table to completely remove a line....does Basic have that?

It's box like entries and there is a delete line in table, but it didn't seem to work. I am sure it's user error. But can't get rid of the "red"

Can you Delete the whole form and reenter the ones you want to keep?
