data from prior year not in the new pronet install

just started the proseries cloud service this year. when they put in the data from 2018 only half of my corporation clients were moved into pronet. tried to copy and paste into the new database and do maintenance but the program doesn't acknowledge the new file i copied into the pronet database. the second half of my corp client's data (names starting wit J to Z) are not in the pronet database
