When I select the Dashboard icon to view the status of DocuSign returns I have sent to clients, I receive the error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" and cannot view or update statuses. I have rebooted, ensured updates are current - HELP.

Try going to "updates" then refresh update instead of update installed product
FYI this ended up being the Anti-Virus locking a string in the virus chest and disabling the interaction.
I have to create an exception rule every day! - something they are using in the code he Anti-Virus does not like. Hoping they provide the white-paper information to the anti-virus providers soon so that this stops happening, but at least i found a work around.
