Covid updates

@dascpa    How's your wife?  You dodge the covid bullet?   Hope you both will be able to attend your grandson's Bris.

@IRonMaN   Everything ok with you and your lronWoman ?  You've been quiet.

The past week I've had two clients with lingering cootie bugs in my office. The comment "I was sick"  isn't comforting.   Why can't they be considerate and just drop the paperwork.

They cannot be considerate because they are obsessed with themselves. They want to hear themselves talk, especially some retired people. They need to get a job or a hobby.

We are doing fine.  We are out of quarantine and feeling good.  We are down in the Twin Cities with our dog.  Feeling a little bummed.  We visited the eye specialist this morning with my best little furry friend Scout.  He has some other issues going on so he can’t have cataract surgery at this time.  The vet said cataract surgery would be “a disaster” right now.  He is going to have surgery this morning to correct his eyelids.  The are currently rolling underneath and causing irritation to his eyes.  So that is happening here shortly.  Then he is going to have some eye drops to correct some other issues going on.  I guess if we can get those issues cleared up we can try again.  But the way our luck has been going lately I would have been pleasantly surprised to head home with a sighted dog today.  But I’m still bummed 🙁

Thank you for asking.  Wife went back to work yesterday.  First few days were really bad.  Now just lingering stuffiness and cough. So far....I haven't caught it.  Bris is tomorrow morning.  My kids are soooo unfair.  Last year was a wedding end of March and this year a Bris end of March (different kids).  And next week is Passover.  G-d (we don't spell it out) and my kids need to understand IRS comes before all.

Weird how covid works....some get it some don't.  Glad you were a "don't".

When the family is making plans for special events they roll their eyes when I say..... "Not during tax season"        Like they haven't heard that a thousand times.

IronWoman had a phone conversation with a client a couple of days ago.  She told him that she had been working from home because she had COVID.  His response was “I’ve had it several times, it’s no big deal”.  He wears it like a badge of honor.  But he’s proudly telling that to someone who got beat up from it😬

You are exactly right Iron Man. Everyone has different reactions to it. Sometimes people have a different reaction themselves. First time I caught covid it was no big problem I just took a lot of vitamins and I knocked it out in a day. I just had fatigue for several days. Second time I got it it was bad. Both of you will be okay and Scout too.🐕☝
