coverting a 2019 turbo tax file (online version) to proseries

I am having trouble converting a turbo tax online  tax file to proseries basic.  This file is not a desktop tax file.  it is the online web tax file.   I just want to save time in keypunching, etc.

the file extension is   tax2019

can someone help me?

I feel like I remember reading that you need the TT Desktop version file to convert to a PS file.

Save the file in your ProSeries data file directory.

In ProSeries click on Transfer icon.

In #1 select 2019 TurboTax 1040 to ProSeries 1040.

In #2 change the directory of where the file is from your prior year data file to your current year data file.

In #4 select the client (it should be the only one).

In #5 Begin transfer.

Remember to change your directory back in #2 afterwards to the prior year data directory.
