Is there a way to copy assets from a Proseries 1040 Basic file to a Proseries 1120S file?

Doubtful since it can't be done from Professional to 1120S
Only if you are David Copperfield. But, if you used FAM for your fixed asset purposes, you would have some flexibility to move the assets.
