I have a husband and wife who each own 50% of the shares of a S-Corp. The S-Corp has Foreign bank accounts that require the filing of Form 114. In this situation I believe you don't file the Form 114 with the Corporate Return and instead file the Form 114 with the husband and wife's return as a consolidated Filer. The only problem I am having is that on the corporate return and on the personal tax return the program will not allow me to check the consolidated box. The corporate return auto populates the corporation box and the personal return auto populates the individual box. Is there a work around for this?
