Clients Efiling Histories are not showing

When I highlight and right click on a client and select View Electronic Client Filing Status History, I get a message reading No electronic filing records were found that match your selection criteria.

Will selecting Snapshot give you the info you are looking for?

Works for me when I right click.

What about if you highlight the file and hit F12, can you see the report in there?

You have to be in EF center view, it does not work from home base view
