Client needs your help in the link?

I have a client that gets a blue circle when he tries to upload tax documents to the link?

Why the constant circling? Why won't allow it to upload?

On my link page for this client it says client needs your help?

What do I do to give him help?

How to stop the blue circle and get rid of client needs help?

could the files be too large? or in the wrong format?

(I dont use Link, so Im just throwing some ideas out there)
