Client files not opening

I downloaded the 2025 ProSeries in December.  Transferred all my client files.  I see them when I look at the hard drive.  But when I attempt to open them in Proseries I get a box with a big X in it.  No explanation, just an X.  So I went directly to the files on my hard drive and tried opening from there.  Still nothing.  

Any suggestions?

Delete the files and try transferring them again.  And try running a "repair updates" before you do.
