The program gives me an error message when I try to send out the checklist. Clients have email. I have Outlook installed. I use yahoo as my email contact for proseries. Does that make a difference? Why isn't it mailing the list?
Hi @TaxStar Thanks for posting in the Community about the receiving an error when trying to email the checklist from ProSeries. We recommend reaching out to ProSeries Support on this if you have not done so already. They would be able to remote in and take a look with you.
No Support call was no help. The girl did not even understand the issue.
