Although it takes an act of Congress to get through to support, I think you are going to have to go that route for a network issue. I don't think there are many network specialists hanging around this place on a regular basis.
Thank you. Since you are so helpful. Can you please tell me where to go for help for Network version of Proseries? the server can update but not the LAN computers. Calling is impossible.
