Can you undo a return submitted for e-filing since the status is still "Received by Intuit"

I e-filed a state extension but the status is stuck at "Received by Intuit".  How do I resolve this?  All other e-files have been accepted by the state that were submitted after.

YOU can't undo it, it should eventually move one direction or the other. If its been over a week, Id call into support and see if they can shake it free.
